You are invited to a meditation class, November 13th, 9-10am AZ time, with Jacquelyn Autrey. We will practice "Giving & Taking" or Tong Len. This is a practice that's great for beginners and also takes you into the advanced teachings. This class occurs live every 2nd Saturday of the month.

What is Giving & taking Meditation?
Giving & Taking is a a meditation that has been around for almost 2,000 years and was located and preserved by the Asian Legacy Library. It utilizes the breath to develop concentration, wisdom, love and understanding of where things like $$$money$$$ and people come from.

About the Class:
This class occurs every second Saturday of the month 9am az time (12pm Nyc time).
We begin with a short description of the technique. Each class will go deeper into the texts about Tong Len and can be watched as a series, with each subsequent class building on the previous. We will start with a description, a contemplation followed by a meditation and finish with Q/A.

Jacquelyn Autrey is here to serve you. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching yoga and meditation for 8 years. She received her Yoga Alliance 500 hour certification in 2014 through ISHTA Yoga (Integrated Science of Tantra, Hatha, and Ayurveda). She was a graduate of Sarva Yoga Academy in 2013 and completed the 18 courses from traditional asian philosophy studies(similar to a doctorate). She completed Course 1 of the Sedona College of International Management and the First Three Jewels Meditation Teacher Training in 2017.
Jacquelyn teaches to each individuals’ needs through the practices of compassion, meditation, and the 8 Limbs of Yoga. She incorporates the lineages of Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhist philosophy to empower and heal her students. Her meditation classes are backed by a 2,000-year-old lineage passed from teacher to student and a daily practice of meditation, service, asana, and study.
