Use movement create peace in your mind and in the world with Andreana, This is a Qi Gong & contemplative movement practice that aligns intention & self love with the inner body. No dance experience necessary and this class is open to all ages. Over 15 Qi Gong classes available in the FB Private Group Archive.

Together let's see what we can unfold through movement, through creative practice, through what we pay attention to. This month we will place a special emphasis on dancing for peace. We will start with a gentle Qi Gong warm-up and begin to use the imagination to create full body movement. Learn to contact the inner energetic source of your creativity and develop an intuitive, awakened body. Find pleasure in your own movements. Hold the feelings of loss in life-affirming ways. Dance your grief and send your love out to the world. This class is suitable for anyone who is curious about the process of their own unfolding and doing something good for the world. No experience necessary.
General class description:
Learn how to create a beautiful new reality in a simple yet profound practice that combines the 5 koshas of yoga, with meditation, and ultimate love, drawing from sacred Buddhist, Qi Gong and contemporary dance methods.
We have personally found that the benefits of Andreana's class are increased creativity, grace, awareness, inner bliss, and a sense of power and alignment that begins from within the subtlest locations of the mind and body and extends to your every perception.
Andreana has a degree in dance & choreography and has been studying and practicing Buddhism for over twenty years. She trained with Odissi dance master Asako Takami for seven years & studied choreography with Molissa Fenley, among many other beautiful teachers. Her personal and teaching practice is focused on harmony in space, healing through movement & liberation through embodiment. Andreana has had the privilege of teaching in Paris, New York, San Francisco, Taipei, Vancouver, Singapore, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Munich, Prague, Tokyo, Arizona and other places around the world.
