What is Lucid Dreaming?
Lucid Dreaming is one of the 6 yogas of Naropa traditionally taught as a secret practice in ancient asian philosophy traditions.
About the Monthly Class:
This is a one hour class open to all levels that includes meditation, lecture, and q/a.
We will follow a set of practices on a monthly basis, on enhancing dream recall and learning how to stabilize dreams and bring them into the context of your practice, even while you are asleep.
How to attend:
Wear comfortable clothing and have a chair or cushion to sit on.
Bring paper and a pen.
Members can access the zoom link in the private FB group or private whats app channel 1 hour before class.
Who can attend:
Any interest level, all ages, english speakers and Russian speakers.
Class 10 (November 12):
Beginning of Oneuronautics
Oneuronait is a new word for a "lucid dreamer" or "dream yoga practitioner".
In this class we are going to expand on a basic head-start for those who are new, or coming back from a long break.

An exploration of our own inner nature during dream yoga practice.
Class 6 (July 9th):
-Ethical principles in a dream.
-Animate and inanimate objects.
-How to build extensive karmic gardens of the mind by utilizing a dream environment.
Class 5 (June 8th):
Dreaming and Rebirth
-The bardo (or intermediate state) from a yogic perspective.
-Practices for removing obstacles.
-Why practicing during this lifetime is important.
-How to use Dream Yoga to benefit yourself and others.
-There will also be a 20 meditation!
Class 4 (March 12):
How to stabilize your practice during rough times with Dream Yoga
Class 3(Feb 12)
Relaxation and stability as the main parts of the practice.
We will work on developing a state of mind positively engaged into observation, and try to establish a "dream-view" in our meditation. This helps to exercise our habitual tendency to process information "as it is", to reboot instead into a conscious awareness state of mind. Which is a key to being aware that you are dreaming, while in a dream.
Class 1 & 2 (December 11 & Jan 8)
The structure of class:
1) A short brief into a dream yoga
2) How it fits into a context of meditation practice
3) How to enhance dreaming with meditation
4) A practice part - meditate (~15-20min max)
Nikita Antonov is a certified meditation teacher (Three Jewels, NYC), who developed their practice through 10 years of experience working both within an own consciousness and as a laboratory expert on a lucid dreaming exploration field. He currently teaches online and continues the journey to help others live in a both dream and awake dimensions!
