Holger Wolff
Holger Wolff (born 1967) holds a degree in business administration and has been co-founder and managing director of MaibornWolff GmbH (www.maibornwolff.de) since the end of his studies in 1992. Today, the software development and IT consulting company has employees at eight locations in three countries. MaibornWolff has been profitable since its founding, has been growing at >20% per year for over 10 years, and plans to exceed €70 million in sales in 2022. Holger Wolff has been married for over 25 years, has two grown-up sons and lives with his family in Munich and Lower Bavaria.
