What is Meditation?
Meditation is the act of placing your mind on an object. There are three types: single pointed concentration, review, and analytical.
About the Class:
This special visualization meditation class covers single pointed meditation in a live guided class. We will cover meditations such as the Golden Room Meditation followed by guided meditations to help us reach realizations on our full potential. The Golden Room meditation helps us to create a safe place inside of our heart/mind where we can purify our mind to create healing, to amplify positive growth and to empower ourselves to create our reality.

About the Class:
This class occurs every first thursday of the month 9am az time (12pm Nyc time).
We begin with a short description of the technique followed by a guided meditation and q/a.

Mark Salustro was born in the Bronx, a borough of New York where he lived until 1991 when he moved to his current home in Phoenix, AZ. He is the owner/operator of Passion Technologies Inc. (General Construction); Structural Innovations Inc. (Designer and fabricator of steel trusses); and Asana Handyman Services.
In 2000, Mark discovered both Buddhism and yoga. He is now a certified yoga teacher and a student/teacher of Higher Middle Way Buddhism.
Mark volunteers weekly at a medium security men’s federal prison where he teaches Buddhism, meditation and yoga. He also volunteers weekly at Hospice of the Valley for dementia patients. His passion is helping others.
